1. Agreement
By visiting bridy.example or ordering a Bridy invitation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Bridy, Inc. ("Bridy", "we", "us").
2. Our service
Bridy designs and delivers digital wedding invitation websites in three packages — Essential, Premium, and Signature. Each package has a defined scope, delivery timeline, and number of design adjustment rounds, all listed on our Pricing page. We may also offer add-on extras (Priority delivery, Gift registry, Wedding gallery, Custom illustration, Animated video).
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to order a Bridy invitation. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@bridy.cc if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Orders & delivery
- Essential — delivered within 1 business day of order
- Premium — delivered within 7 business days of brief submission
- Signature — delivered within 2–3 weeks of kickoff call
Delivery clocks start when we have everything we need from you — your brief, photos, names, dates. We will tell you clearly when the clock starts.
5. Design adjustments
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds:
- Essential: 2 rounds
- Premium: 3 rounds
- Signature: unlimited within the agreed scope
Additional rounds beyond the included number are available for €60 per round. The Priority extra adds 2 rounds to whichever package you choose.
6. Your content & guest data
You retain all rights to the content you upload — photos, text, music selections, illustrations. You grant Bridy a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display that content as needed to deliver the service.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of content you upload, including any rights you need to use third-party music or images. We may remove content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
Guest data collected through your RSVP form is yours; we process it on your behalf. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Bridy templates, themes, code, designs, illustrations, and brand are our intellectual property. You receive a license to use your custom invitation website for personal, non-commercial purposes connected to your wedding. You may not resell, sublicense, or reuse our templates outside that scope.
Signature designs are custom work created for you and may not be reused as a template for other Bridy projects.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Bridy:
- For any illegal purpose or to violate the rights of others
- To impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- To distribute malware, spam, or content that interferes with the service
- To collect data about guests without their knowledge
- For commercial purposes other than your own wedding
9. Payment & taxes
Prices are listed in EUR, excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your billing region. We also support major currencies including GBP and USD; the price flips automatically based on your billing address — no surprise FX fees.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Payment is taken once, at order; there are no recurring charges or auto-renewals.
10. Refunds & cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on how far we have progressed on your invitation. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
11. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your package. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — for example, lost RSVPs caused by a guest mistyping their own email.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, internet outages, regulatory changes, pandemics. We will keep you informed and work in good faith to resume service.
13. Termination
You may terminate this agreement at any time. If you terminate before delivery, our Refund Policy determines what is refundable. We may suspend or terminate your access for serious breach of these Terms after written notice.
14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. For consumers based in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of protections available under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California, except where you have consumer rights to bring proceedings in your local courts.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to active customers. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance.
